Instructions for use:

Before first use, remove the tube cap. Do not use if the envelope is perforated. Open the envelope and gently squeeze the tube to remove a small amount of ArthriFlex cream, preferably after a hot bath, especially in cases of muscle stiffness.

Apply the cream to the painful area and massage until the skin absorbs the cream. Wash your hands after use until your hands are clean.

Repeat use 3-4 times a day.
